Founder and Chairman
Mr. Ong Chee Keong
Mr. Ong is the founder and Chairman of My Little Pumpkin International Preschool. Prior to founding the school in 2017, he worked 12 years as a banker in Singapore before coming to Cambodia in 2016 where he started off as advisor to the Board of Directors at Soma Group. Mr. Ong has business interest in both Cambodia and Singapore. Other than education, he also has deep interest in artificial intelligence and block chain technology.
Mr. Ong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. He has also completed the Executive Programme in General Management at the MIT Sloan School of Management and holds certification in Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme and Blockchain Strategy Programme from the Said Business School of the University of Oxford.
Mr. Pheara is the principal of My little Pumpkin International Preschool. He was the first staff of the school and was working as the accountant and administrator then. He was taking care of major operational matters and was also in charge of the overall running of the school. Mr. Pheara has performed well all these years with the school.
Mr. Pheara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Economics and Finance and a Bachelor of Business in English Language from National Institute of Business and has participated in a six months training course on Cambodia Taxation and Law on commercial enterprises in 2017, which is accredited by ACCA International. Mr Pheara strongly believe that a good education is the foundation for success and his greatest wish is for My Little Pumpkin International Preschool to lay a solid foundation for all our students so that they can excel in anything they do wherever and whatever they choose to go or do in the future.
Head of Administration
Mr. Touch is the head of administration of My Little Pumpkin International Preschool.
Mr. Touch holds a Bachelor’s degree in Khmer literature from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Sihamonyraja Buddhist University. Mr. Touch works closely with Ministry of Education Youth and Sport of Cambodia on Youth sector.
Head of English Teacher
Lisette C. Jimenez
I am Lisette C. Jimenez. I hold a bachelor degree in Secondary Education, and I thoroughly enjoy working with children and encourage creative expression, active learning and group participation. I have 3 years’ experience in teaching Kindergarten and General English Program at Stamford International Academy. I have been teaching special needs students at My Little Pumpkin International Preschool for the last 2 years. I do believe that teaching is a noble profession because it touches the heart of every individual, shaping their young minds, developing the children’s spirit to awaken them to the discovery of the world and make a difference in their lives. Teaching special needs students is very challenging. But it is also rewarding for me when I see them learn and grow as an individual. It has been uplifting to see their growth and little personalities shining through. I can feel this fulfillment in my heart that gives me the zeal to work harder.
As I continue my teaching career, I attended different trainings and workshops such as Massive Open Online Course, Professional Development for teachers, TESOL, English Proficiency Workshop and currently I am taking up “Integrating Critical Thinking Skills into the Exploration of Culture in an EFL Setting” course.
Mei Yee Lee
My name is Mei Yee Lee, I am a Chinese Malaysian. I graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman University with Bachelor of Public Relations in Malaysia in 2009. My mother tongue is Chinese. I studied 6 years Private Chinese Primary School, and 6 years private Chinese High School in Malaysia which is recognized as a top one Private Chinese high school among 62 Private Chinese high schools in Malaysia. I have 6 years working experience as an education instructor in Youth Educational NGO in Malaysia and 6 months working experience also as an education instructor in Youth Educational NGO in Cambodia.
To help children become happy, healthy and well-behaved is my duty. Every child has unlimited potential and their imagination is particularly rich! “Happy to learn, learning for fun” is my teaching motto, and is a way to make children to interest to involve in learning Chinese lesson. I am happy to be a Chinese teacher in My Little Pumpkin, and I am willing to dedicate my sincere efforts working together with other teachers to contribute more in the development of the students of this institution.
Head of Special Need Teacher
Maybelle G. Arca
I’m Maybelle G. Arca, a graduate of Bachelor in Special Education at Central Philippine University (Philippines) and passed the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers last 2014. I have 3 years experience in teaching kids with special needs in the Philippines; 2 years and counting in My Little Pumpkin International Preschool.
We all know that teaching kids with special needs is not easy as we compare to the regular ones but when we open our hearts to these exceptional kids with unique talents we can see, appreciate and give value to their worth as an individual. Teaching them requires an open mind and heart, love, commitment, and most especially patience. I feel happy and thankful as a special need teacher when I see my kids showing even a little improvement. It means a lot to me. “Their improvements is my happiness”

Mary Jean S. Pampilon
I am Ms. Mary Jean S. Pampilon. I am a graduate from the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta- Molino Campus with a Degree of Bachelor in Elementary Education, majoring in Special Education in the Philippines. From the past three years of teaching experience in children with special needs it taught me the value of patience and encouragement in the special education classroom. I work closely with each student, providing them with individualized support and encouragement. I believe children with special needs should not be left behind and is entitled to have a quality education just like any other children. Every individual has a gift and those gifts are needed in this world. I believe every student can learn in their own unique way. To the parents of special needs children, I would say this: “Every child is a gift and you will be amazed at how much joy and learning your child is going to bring you. And your children are very blessed to have you on this journey with them. For your child and family, be stay strong, brave and happy.”

I’m Christel Benitez, a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Luzon State University, Philippines and a licensed psychometrician. I started as a special need teacher back in the Philippines and now I am working at My Little Pumpkin International Preschool as a special-needs teacher.
Handling students with different developmental and learning disabilities is always a challenge. As a special needs teacher, one has to have lots of love and patience for children. Understanding their potential and difficulties are keys for me as a teacher. By understanding them, I will then be able to focus on their strengths and build on them. Being the person whom they can rely on and helping them to develop to the best of their ability is a very fulfilling journey for me.

I’m Angelyn Ganea, I finished my bachelor degree in Special Education at Central Philippine University (Philippines) and passed the Licensure Examination for teachers last April 2016. I have a few years of experience in teaching special children in the Philippines. I am currently working at My Little Pumpkin International Pre-school.
Teaching children with special needs is challenging it requires love, hard works and patience. They deserve our attention and appreciation because each of them has their own amazing talents. I’m so blessed to be a part of their journey as they continue to learn and show improvement. Working with them makes me happy and fulfilled.
I’m Jackline .W. Kiroe , a graduate of Diploma in Early Childhood Education at Amicus school of Kindergarten Teachers in Kenya. I also hold a diploma in Human Resource Management from Institute of Security And Criminal Justice, Kimathi University. I have 2 years’ of teaching experience in Kenya; 1 year in World International School, Phnom Penh and 3 years in My Little Pumpkin International Preschool. I am versed in delivering both regular and special needs education.
My goal as a teacher is to provide the nurturing environment that children need to learn and grow socially, emotionally and intellectually. The best part of my day is always when I am working with my students on a one- on- one basis. Seeing the joy in their eyes when they are finally being able to grasp a concept is the ultimate reward for me. It is that very reason that brought me to teaching in the very first place.
I am Agnetta Waithira a community work and development graduate, certified TESOL teacher, and currently pursuing post graduate teaching course in Montessori teachers training, and will be graduating in May. I have 3 years and 10 months to date in teaching. My goal in teaching is to provide the nurturing environment that allows children to learn and grow intellectually. In my teaching experience I have worked with students that comes from various backgrounds and different socio-economic levels. This diversity of training has made me a good candidate for kindergarten and elementary level. The best part of my day is always working with children on one-one basis seeing the joy in their eyes when finally grasp a concept is the ultimate reward that brought me to teaching in the first place. I believe that working as a teacher would keep that delight going.
