From what I have seen so far, I am very impressed with My Little Pumpkin International Preschool. The project-based Reggio Emilia approach is basically what Finland uses and Finland has been proven to have one of the best education systems in the world. The activities are definitely not instructor-centered, i.e. mostly based on classroom, rote learning, They seem to be designed to make each child blossom, not only intellectually but also socially, creatively, etc. The facilities and the standard of hygiene are second to none. The snacks and lunch are of high quality for school provided meals. The Singaporean-style system of attendance checking/confirmation to parents is very thorough and inspires confidence, when it comes to security and peace of mind for parents. Provided the fees are competitive, my wife and I will definitely consider putting our 22-month old son there when he is ready.
